Leslie is happily married to his wife Stephanie since 1990. Together, they are raising two spirited boys: Hunter and Holden. A native of Augusta, he attended Ft. Defiance High School and Blue Ridge Community College. Before acquiring his own firm, he worked and built his skill set at an independent agency for many years. When he's not helping customers find the coverage they need, Mr. Sandridge can be found coaching American League Post 13 baseball with the Stuart Draft Diamondbacks in Staunton and with the Rockingham County Baseball League (RCBL). He is also an avid outdoorsman and hunter.
